Manchester United FC news: Ibrahimovic can do for Rashford and Martial what Cantona did for Class of '92

Manchester United FC news: Ibrahimovic is good for Rashford and Martial

Zlatan Ibrahimovic is a modern-day Eric Cantona and Man United's young players are lucky to count him as a team-mate, according to Ian Wright.
Wright, who scored 185 goals for Arsenal and won the FA Cup, League Cup and Premier League in a distinguished career, insisted it takes a special kind of player to make such an impact at Old Trafford, and the 35-year-old Swede is that man.
"I’ve had some people say to me they think having Zlatan at the club is holding back young lads like Marcus Rashford and Anthony Martial — but I’m not having that at all," he wrote in The Sun.
Wright acknowledged that Rashford and Martial will be frustrated at not playing as regularly, but pointed out the benefits of having Ibrahimovic in the changing room.

"Just look at what they are learning from working alongside him every day.
"What they are picking up from every aspect of the game. How he handles himself, how he trains, how he sets sky-high standards, how he is performing.
"And, of course, how he keeps putting the ball in the net."
Following his two goals in the League Cup final, Ibrahimovic now has 25 in all competitions and Wright believes in years to come the current youngsters will be singing the praises of the striker, just as people like David Beckham, Paul Scholes and Gary Neville do about Cantona.
