The Frenchman has made it clear in the past that Hazard is one of his favourite players, and it seems he could finally land his man this summer.

Chelsea will not want to lose such an in-form player, with Hazard back to his very best this season after a dramatic slump in 2015/16.
The 26-year-old has 11 goals and four assists in all competitions, and possesses the kind of technique and flair that would make him a big hit in the Spanish capital.
