Frank Lampard has named his all-time Chelsea 5-a-side team – but was unable to find room for himself. How could Man Utd line up v Chelsea in Ibrahimovic’s absence?
The Blues legend lifted three Premier League titles, four FA Cups,
two League Cups, the Europa League and the Champions League in 2012. By
the time he left Stamford Bridge he had also become the club’s all-time
top scorer.
However, it seems he didn’t feel he was worthy of a place in a side featuring five of the club’s greats.
Here’s the team he picked…
Didier Drogba
Eden Hazard Claude Makelele
John Terry
Pet Cech
And here was his reasoning…
‘Petr Cech in goal – speaks for itself,’ he said on Sky Sports.

‘John Terry at the back – again, I think it speaks for itself.
‘It’s who I’m going to leave out I suppose that’s the problem. [Didier] Drogba up front.

‘Then I think I’m going to go Eden Hazard. I was
fortunate to play with [Gianfranco] Zola and [Arjen] Robben, but I do
think Hazard in the modern day, what he’s doing at his age – and I think
there’s still a lot to come from him – but he has to get in there too.
